WE ARE OAT! An acoustic duo comprised of husband Matt Terry and wife, Olivia Passmore. Both originate from Wenatchee, and have been playing music together for more that 6 years. Making Bellingham our home has allowed us the access and inspiration to perform live music like we have always wanted to.
